Spiced Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

9" x 13" baking pan

600 g 5 Whole peaches, washed, cored, and sliced (about 4 cups)
150 g Granulated sugar (3/4 cup or 5.3 oz)
2 g Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
5 g Dreidoppel Pumpkin Spice (DRE 74440 7) 
85 g Unsalted Butter (3 oz)
125 g All Purpose Flour (4.5 oz)
200 g Granulated Sugar (7.05 oz)
8.4 g Baking Powder (2 teaspoons)
2 g Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
170 g Whole milk (3/4 cups or 6 fluid oz)
Ground Cinnamon

 

Instructions:

Baking temperature: approx. 350°F or 177°C 

Baking time: approx. 35-40 minutes

1.) Cook on medium heat: sliced peaches, sugar, salt and Dreidoppel Pumpkin Pie Spice.Cook until sugar has dissolved. 

2.) Remove from heat and set aside while you prepare cobbler batter.
