
Spiced Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
9" x 13" baking pan
600 g | 5 Whole peaches, washed, cored, and sliced (about 4 cups) |
150 g | Granulated sugar (3/4 cup or 5.3 oz) |
2 g | Salt (1/4 teaspoon) |
5 g | Dreidoppel Pumpkin Spice (DRE 74440 7) |
85 g | Unsalted Butter (3 oz) |
125 g | All Purpose Flour (4.5 oz) |
200 g | Granulated Sugar (7.05 oz) |
8.4 g | Baking Powder (2 teaspoons) |
2 g | Salt (1/4 teaspoon) |
170 g | Whole milk (3/4 cups or 6 fluid oz) |
Ground Cinnamon |
Instructions:
Baking temperature: approx. 350°F or 177°C
Baking time: approx. 35-40 minutes
1.) Cook on medium heat: sliced peaches, sugar, salt and Dreidoppel Pumpkin Pie Spice.Cook until sugar has dissolved.
2.) Remove from heat and set aside while you prepare cobbler batter.
