Spiced Peach Cobbler
The warmth of pumpkin spice and cinnamon shine through this recipe, making it the perfect compliment for fall feasts. Nothing says "fall" like a delicious cobbler! Grab a spoon, there's plenty to go around!

Yield: 9" x 13" baking pan
Ingredients
600g 5 Whole peaches, washed, cored, and sliced (about 4 cups)
150g Granulated sugar (3/4 cup or 5.3 oz)
2g Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
85g Unsalted Butter (3 oz)
125g All Purpose Flour (4.5 oz)
200g Granulated Sugar (7.05 oz)
8.4g Baking Powder (2 teaspoons)
2g Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
170g Whole milk (3/4 cups or 6 fl oz)
Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
Baking temperature: approx. 350°F or 177°C
Baking time: approx. 35-40 minutes
1.) Cook on medium heat: sliced peaches, sugar, salt and Dreidoppel Pumpkin Spice. Cook until sugar has dissolved.
2.) Remove from heat and set aside while you prepare cobbler batter.
