Raspberry Caramel Swirled Cheesecake Blondies
Creamy, dreamy and delicious! Our Raspberry Caramel Swirled Cheesecake Blondies take dessert to the next level with our premier flavor pastes and marbling sauce. For this recipe, we've incorporated our Vanilla Bourbon and Caramel flavor pastes into the batter and icing for extra decadence, then swirled the top with a burst of bright and tangy Raspberry Marmoria Marbling Sauce. Yield: 9x13" Baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
8oz (226 oz) Cream Cheese, soft room temperature
3.5 oz (100 g) Granulated Sugar
1 (50 g) Whole Eggs
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until completely smooth.
2. Add egg and Vanilla Bourbon paste and beat until fully incorporated.
3. Transfer mixture into another bowl and set aside.
4 oz (114 g) Unsalted Butter, soft room temperature
14 oz (400 g) Light brown sugar
2 (100 g) Whole Eggs
1 tsp (8 g) Dreidoppel Caramel Flavor Paste
8.8 oz (250 g) All Purpose Flour
5.3 oz (150 g) Dreidoppel Raspberry Marmoria Marbling Sauce
1.) Prepare baking pan by spraying oil and lining with parchment paper inside.
2.) In a mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and Dreidoppel Caramel flavor paste until fluffy.
3.) Add eggs one at a time, beat in and wait until fully incorporated before adding second egg.
4.) Add flour and beat until fully incorporated.
5.) Spread 3/4 of blondie batter onto prepared pan.
6.) Add dollops of Cheesecake Swirl; drizzle Dreidoppel Raspberry Marmoria all over, and add dollops of the remaining blondie batter.
7.) With the tip of a skewer, run it through the mixture to create pretty swirls and create the marbled effect.
8.) Bake for 20-25 minutes until center is set. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
Our Marmoria marbling sauces take any dessert to the next level! Swirl on top of cheesecake (or in this case, our cheesecake blondies!) for added dimension and a burst of bright, tangy flavor.
