Pumpkin Spice Flavored Caramel Popcorn

|227 g||Unsalted Butter|
|454 g||Brown Sugar|
|163 g||Corn Syrup or Glucose|
|2.3 g||Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon)|
|9 g||Dreidoppel Flavor Paste of your choice (1 teaspoon)|
|2500 g||Unsalted Popped Popcorn|
Baking temperature: 250°F or 120°C | Baking time: approx. 60 minutes
1.) Preheat oven 250 degrees Fahrenheit or 120 degrees Celsius.
2.) Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
3.) In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Continue to boil for additional 4 minutes without stirring.
4.) Remove caramel sugar from heat, stir in baking soda and Dreidoppel Flavor of your choice.
5.) Pour flavored caramel in a thin stream over popcorn; stir and toss to coat all popcorn with flavored caramel.
6.) Spread flavored caramel coated popcorn on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silpat.
7.) Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour and stir every 15 minutes.
8.) Remove from oven and cool completely. Break into desired pieces. Store in airtight container.
