Toffee Swirled Latte Macchiato Brownies

This one's for you, coffee lovers! Our coffeehouse inspired Latte Macchiato Paste and Toffee Marmoria harmoniously combine with our rich and fruity Luker Dark Chocolate to create these dreamy swirled brownies. Enjoy!

Yield: One 9x13" pan

Creamed Butter Mixture


8 oz (226 g)        Unsalted Butter, soft room temperature

13.4 oz (380 g)   Granulated Sugar

8 oz (227 g)        Brown Sugar

4 oz (200 g)        Whole Eggs

0.5 oz (14.3 g)    Dreidoppel Latte Macchiato flavor paste


1. Cream butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar.

2. Add eggs one at a time, making sure each egg is fully incorporated into creamed butter-sugar mixture before adding more.

3. Mix in Dreidoppel Latte Macchiato flavor paste


Dry Ingredients

4.7 oz (136 g)   All Purpose Flour

2.1 oz (60 g)    Cake Flour

4.2 oz (120 g)   Midnight Red Cocoa Powder

0.13 oz (3.6 g)  Salt

10 oz (285 g)    Luker Dark Chocolate, chopped in chunks (64% Perla)

8 oz (226 g)      Dreidoppel Toffee Marmoria Marbling Sauce 



1.) Combine and sift all the dry ingredients (All Purpose and cake flour, cocoa powder and salt). 

2.) Add dry ingredients to creamed butter-sugar mixture. 

3.) Fold in chopped chocolate chunks.

4.) Prepare 9x13" pan by spraying and lining with parchment paper.

5.) Pour batter into prepared pan and spread brownie batter evenly. 

6.) Add dollops of Dreidoppel Toffee Marmoria all over brownie and swirl it into the brownie mixture.

7.) Bake for 30-35 minutes. 

8.) Allow to cool completely on a rack before cutting into squares.
