Defrosting/Handling Tips:
Always remove shrink wrap prior to defrosting. Whole pie: Under refrigeration 4 - 5 hours or overnight. Defrosting whole Key Lime Pies at room temperature is not recommended because of the delicate whipped cream. Plated Slices: Under refrigeration: 1 hour Room Temperature: 30 minutes.
