Handling Instructions:  
Ideal C&H: Preheat convection oven to 400 degrees. Place frozen empanadas on metal sheet pan and bake for 8.5 to 9 minutes or until 162°F internal temperature (taken with a meat thermometer).
Secondary C&H: Defrost empanada under refrigeration. Cook in fryer (oil temp 350 degrees) until hot, approximately 3-4 minutes.
