- Bienetta Mix- 7 oz (200 g)
- Almonds, Sliced- 4 1/3 oz (120 g)
- Almonds, Slivered- 3 oz (80 g)
Bienetta Florentine Directions:
Mix 7 oz (200 g) Bienetta with 4.33 oz (120 g) sliced almonds and 3 oz (80 g) slivered almonds, fill into baking ring or molds and bake at 400 F for approx. 8 minutes. After baking, remove the rings/molds while still warm.
Creme Brûlée Topping Directions:
Spoon Bienetta powder onto sheet pan lined with parchment or silpat mat. Spread the Bienetta to the diameter of Crème Brûlée cup; bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes until golden brown. Store in airtight container until ready for plating and service.
