Handling Instructions:  
Defrost under refrigeration. Cook in fryer (oil temp 375° degrees) until hot, approximately 2-3 minutes. The fritter can also be cooked from frozen but is not ideal because it can cause the outer shell to become too dark and not as crispy.
Pre-heat convection oven at 425° degrees. Place frozen fritter on metal sheet pan and bake for 8-12 minutes or until hot. The fritter can also be baked from a defrosted state but this may affect the crispy exterior.
