Handling Instructions:  
Cook from frozen: Pan-fry, grill: Turn after two minutes and fry or grill for another two minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 
Deep Fry, bake: 350F for approx. 5 minutes in the oven, for approx. 2 minutes in the fryer, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
