A delicious crunchy preparation with slightly caramelized nuts. Sprinkle on tempered chocolate before hardening to create wonderfully crispy chocolates. Praline Grains will retain their crunch when mixed with chocolate, ganache or caramel. Add to sponge cake, use as decoration, ganache filling, mousse and bonbons.
