The Jelfix Mirror Glaze is cut-stable and can easily be mixed with fruit fillings, jams, colors and Dreidoppel flavors. No need to add water. Pour the Jelfix Mirror into a bowl and shake lightly. Do not stir. Apply as a thin layer on pastry or fruit without heating. Up to 10% of puree, flavoring, and color. Water can be added.
