Pre roasted for a rustic visual presentation. Kabobs’ Roasted Cauliflower Au Gratin provides a much needed side dish / accompaniment alternative to starches (potatoes, rice, etc…). We start with fresh cauliflower florets, paired with rich heavy cream, Gruyere, and Cheddar cheese, then accented with fresh garlic. Pre-roasted, for a rustic visual presentation. Perfect as-is, or pair with a variety of toppings, ranging from: fresh crumbled cheese, bacon, dust with smoked paprika or a Indian curry.
