The original, French biscuit crunch made from crêpes dentelles (lacy crêpe cookies). Its delicious bold butter flavor and addicting crunch are highly compatible with chocolate and will give pralines, pastries and desserts even more depth and refinement. Fun Fact: Now produced in bulk for the sweets industry, Paillete Feuilletine was once a way to use damaged crêpes dentelles (lacycrêpes).
