Recipes
1. For Cake:
Ingredients: 1,000 g Mix, 700 g Eggs, 100 g Water
- Put all ingredients in the mixer and beat at a low speed for a few seconds.
- Scrape down walls of the mixer and whip for 5-10 minutes until a light mousse develops.
- Fill the molds half-full and bake in the over at 356°F (180°C)
2. For Roll Cake:
Ingredients: 1,000 g Mix, 800 g Eggs, 200 g Water
- Put all ingredients in the mixer and bet at a low speed for a few seconds.
- Scrape down walls of the mixer and whip for 5-10 minutes until a light mousse develops.
- Fill the molds half-full and bake in the over at 356°F (180°C).
- For rolled cakes, spread them on trays and bake for 4-5 minutes at 482°F (250°C).
3. For Chocolate Cake:
Ingredients: 940 g Mix, 700 g Eggs, 100 g Water, 60 g Cocoa Powder, 60-120 g Sifted Flour*
- Put mix, eggs, and water in the mixer and beat at a low speed for a few seconds.
- Scrape down walls of the mixer and whip for 5-10 minutes until a light mousse develops.
- Add cocoa powder.
*For better hold, add 60-120 g of sifted flour to the mix, when it rises and mix with a spatula.
