Serving Instructions:
Place frozen croissants on a lightly greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Let them rise uncovered and at room temp. (68°F-72° F) for approximately 7-9 hours, or overnight. Preheat oven to 375° F. [Optional: for a glossier finish, lightly brush them with egg wash]. Conventional Oven - At Home Use: Bake croissants at 350° F for about 15-22 minutes until golden brown. Industrial Rotating Oven - For Commercial Use: Bake croissants at 375° F for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
