The Mandarin Orange fruit purée is obtained by the strict selection and the blending of ripe fruit varieties harvested by our producers. The purée has been finely sieved and packaged in the Valence plant (France). The production process guarantees an unvarying sugar content and acidity while maintaining as much as possible the organoleptic properties of fresh fruit.
Les Vergers Boiron frozen fruit purées are produced by grinding and sieving fruit taken from selected varieties and crops. Using the flash pasteurization process, purées maintain the taste, color and flavor of the original fruit.
