Sweet Sam's began in founders, Lyn and Dave's apartment kitchen. The two believed if they just used the best ingredients in their pound cake, they couldn’t go wrong. So they started their own bakery.

Today Sweet Sam's has grown into an 80,000 square foot modern bakery but they haven't forgotten their roots. They still operate with most of their original team members, still pride themselves in using the best real ingredients and still make the cake that millions of people throughout the US continue to enjoy.
