Welcome Pomone!

ifiGOURMET is pleased to announce a new brand partnership with Pomone, a family-owned business located in the Loire Valley of France. With over 5 generations of experience, Pomone is well known for their expertise in fruit, tarts, and chocolate desserts.

Throughout its time in the industry, Pomone has distinguished itself by offering new products and recipes based on their core business: tree growing. However, their brand expanded following the hire of a master chocolate maker in 2001. Since then, Pomone has been creating high-quality chocolate desserts in the purest French tradition.

ifiGOURMET now carries 5 flavors of Pomone’s all-natural lava cakes. Available in Chocolate, White Chocolate, Caramel, Raspberry, and Passion Fruit fillings, these lava cakes are luscious and ready to be heated and served.
