Introducing ifiGOURMET Provisions, an extension of ifiGOURMET’s family of companies. Our retail store opened October 9, 2019 and we are thrilled to be able to offer a large selection of our already popular products in smaller pack sizes. Our goal is to offer gourmet ingredients to the home-baker, aspiring cake artist, and adamant foodies who want the best of the best.

 

What You Can Expect

We want our store to be your access point for ingredients and information. After a thorough examination of over a thousand of our offered products at ifiGOURMET, we narrowed down the options we think you need most, including but not limited to: chocolate couvertures, chocolate decorations & toppings, flavorings, sugar décor, ready-to-fill pastry, dessert mixes, and specialty ingredients.

In addition to these ingredients, we offer recipes and helpful blogs to walk you through using our products and their benefits.
