ifiGOURMET Acquires GourmetXpress

Acquisition Strengthens Product Offering and Capabilities in the Frozen Desserts Category

Today we are excited to announce that we will be merging the operations of GourmetXpress and ifiGOURMET West, with the remaining Company doing business as ifiGOURMET. We will continue to be conveniently located in the City of South San Francisco, although we will be moving to a new facility to accommodate our growth and the newly merged businesses. We continue to proudly serve the markets of the Bay Area, Sacramento, Reno/Tahoe, and Los Angeles.

In addition to the outstanding portfolio of ingredients and convenience products that you currently purchase from us, with this merger you will immediately have access to a broad portfolio of frozen dessert, pastry and specialty products, including;
